On July 23, 2019, the N.A.R.T.P.C., in collaboration with Garver USA, hosted a public involvement meeting to discuss recommended improvements to N. Church Street (Highway 141) as well as the upcoming temporary pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Johnson Avenue (Highway 91) and State Street. These recommendations were based on the current MPO Safe Transportation for Every Pedestrian (STEP) study of the area, which will conclude January 2020.
