  1. Bids

    Vendors may pick up Specifications at City Hall, 300 South Church Street Room 421, by contacting the Purchasing office or clicking on the bid numbers.

  2. Budget

    Review city budget documents to find out where your tax dollars are going.

  3. City Finance

    The Finance Department is responsible for all aspects of accounting and funds management for the city. It consists of 8 employees who perform record keeping, accounts payable, purchasing, revenue collections, budgeting, semi-monthly payroll, and financial reporting.

  4. Engineering

    Engineering provides all engineering services for all the city departments. Duties include inspecting new streets and subdivisions, reviewing subdivision plans before they go to the planning commission, and reviewing drainage problems.

    The Planning and Zoning Department can assist with your planning and zoning needs.

    The Purchasing Department's goal is to obtain quality goods and services at the lowest reasonable cost, while operating at the highest standards of ethical conduct.

    The purpose of the Quality of Life / Code Enforcement Unit is to reduce crime.

    Zoning is one of the major functions of municipal government, which divides the city into distinct districts for the purpose of regulating the use and development of land.
